To be fare to Microsoft, Windows is a more open platform and with long legacy bags so the job is much more difficult than Apple.

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x offer is quite good, 32GB RAM and 1TB storage. I am planning to just get the cheapest SP11 and upgrade the storage later, but I might sway with Lenovo hehe.

boils down to whether you need the touchscreen to write notes imo. Otherwise Lenovo is great.

One of the nice thing about these CoPilot+ PC is that they support WiFi 7. The Qualcomm QCNCM865 WiFi 7 chipset seems to be better than Intel BE200 WiFi 7 chipset.

Microsoft Surface is always overpriced in my opinion. And to be honest, there is nothing that stands out from competition. So for the same hardware, I rather go with Lenovo, which I think in this case is giving free monitor and I think the warranty is also longer, i.e. 2 years vs 1 year (for MS Surface).

what happen to surface pro 9 equivalent lenovo duet 5i?

The latest Intel ultra 7 155H has very low idle consumption. Maybe can give arm a run for money?

Spend $2k to be beta tester ah(it cannot even do basic things like downloading and installing software).

Why not get x86? If willing to wait, next gen of intel and amd "supposedly" have battery life that is comparable to arm but also all software sure work.
