Is your current C: drive taking up 100% of your HDD capacity? Then you need to upgrade to a larger HDD, and clone your data and OS over.
If not, look at software like Acronis or EaseUS Partition Master to resize your C: partition.
Pls post a picture of your disk management screen.
-click on "start"
-type "diskmgmt.msc'
Then use a snipping tools to capture and post it here

i already separated 200GB to be put in C drive but i can't seem to merge them together.
As mentioned by ngbc, just expand your C drive to cover the unallocated space.
somehow the app doesnt allow me to merge them together.
Select your C drive , right click, select Resize / Move partition.
and this is what appeared. i can't drag the bar to increase the space.
Because there is a small partition of 451MB in between C and the unallocated space.
Can you remove/delete the 451MB partition ?
i've already merged then 451MB and the 195GB together. already
If you want to resize partition C then the only way out is to delete the merged partition first.
Seriously who setup your system for you?
alright i'll try that later. it was a default laptop from lenovo. :/
