Should be good! Valpolicella is a wine from the Veneto region of Italy, using a mixture of grapes and when developed using different processes, produce a few different types of wine.
The Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore is developed using the Ripasso style, and the Superiore indicates certain aging and alcohol content. The Valpolicella Ripasso sits in the middle between an entry table Valpolicella to the highly regarded Amarone, often presented as a second wine for Amarone producers.
I'll leave you to read up on the fascinating details on the wiki entry:

I've not had a Ripasso Superiore though; only entry-level Valpolicella and Amarone, and enjoyed both. Just a note, Italian wines tend to go better with food.
Much also depends on the price; a Valpolicella is about 20-30 bucks, Amarone 60+ - 100+ for the good ones. I would think if this is around 30-40 bucks it's worth a try, maybe 50 bucks if it's from a good producer. Anything above that will be Amarone territory.
Here's the tasting and pairing notes from this producer, Tinazzi:

Just give it a shot if you've not tried it before.
