Yes, after using it, i put it into the case right away, and now, i noticed that the 4 white LED on the case has gone. :)

Ahh ok bro, so you're saying, in the event without charging case, after im done listening, pause the music on the phone, then leave the headset on the desk, and after a while it'll auto off/sleep, right? :)

Yep. If there's no music playing, it will switch off by itself after a while.

can i ask for some help please?

i tried to reset my nuarls in the case, then it turns one 1 side is flashing white non stop
the other is white always but less bright... is that right?
is this pairing mode?

in this state, my p30 pro cant seem to detect the nuarls

Smaller case and magnetic
Small earbuds with shorter mic
7.5hours battery life, crazy!

For Mpow M5, do you pair with left side or right side? Or izzit possible to pair with both side at the same time?


I notice that it always cut off at Seragoon Circle line escalator (going down to the trains that 1)

E12 ultra, right side keeps getting itself unpaired, maybe because i seldom put it back into case after using, only individually power them off. Watched all the videos on re-pairing but only sometimes can work. Any expert here? Hope can re-pair without needing the case.

You can try getting the earbuds back on by holding onto both sides
