Wtf?! Thot u just bought it a week ago?!
My perception of budget tws recently changed for the better nia leh....

Seems like the t1 pro got this issue. Saw some reddit users also got this problem.

For one sided dead, most likely it's not dead. It's totally battery flat due to contact did not touch the charging pins.
What i previously done is to take out both earbuds, place the dead earbud in for 10 secs(make sure charging case got battery), take it out again and do this process for around 20x or more . This method is to tickle charge the dead earbud back to life. Then u will start to see the dead earbud come back to life with red charging indicator light. I managed to save 2 sets of my earbuds this way, one of it is the samsung buds+. Maybe next time when u encountered dead one side, u can try this method and see if its help.

Don't think it's due to charging or battery flat. I swapped the buds to a earfun charger which is the same design as the fiil and also cannot charge.

So my "faulty" earbuds are ok now. Apparently happens occasionally to fiil earbuds. Just leave in the charging case for 1 to 2 days and it will be ok and use the app to reset the bud and it's ok again.

You might wanna clean the contacts on the buds and the case.
I used toothpick and contact cleaner, can use qtips also I guess

I tried before already. I think it might be a firmware bug. Hope fiil will release new firmware to fix this issue to prevent future occurrence.

That being said, I'm super happy with the t1 pro. Astounding sound quality, the timbre is just so spot on as if fiil got every instrument on earth and tuned the t1 pro to sound like them.
