Agree that the sound stage is wide. Think it is easier to sell than to send back. I be keeping and maybe letting go my tevi

finally... 2nd owner... the soundstage like abit too wide, like not tight for me.
after long hrs of wearing.. my ear a bit pain.

Cause: TRN outsourced the design, manufacture & QC of the charging case for T200 = cheapo, sub-optimal build quality, not on par with that of T200 earbuds.

Effect: T200 earbuds wriggle & rattles in the charging cradle when fingered.

TRN has also failed to shield or insulate the metal driver unit from the BT 5.0 transceiver chip = hearing killing white noise is emitted from the speaker when connected and goes even louder whenever music/call is played.

The default ear tips are so thin that they do not provide any cushion for the wearer's ear hole against the hardness of the plastic sound pipe which is covered by wire mesh. This causes intense discomfort and the ear hole feels the hardness of the sound pipe.

Wearers will be not be able to enjoy music for more than 10 mins.

The orientation of the micro USB hole at the rear of the T200 charging case is wrong = the charging case ends up upside down when connected to a power adaptor.

I saw carousell one guy selling outlier air for only 40 bucks!!!
Then the catch is, one side is not working...

My previous encounter with creative product is not good.
My last product with them is Creative Roar with the sub-woofer mounted below the speaker. 1st set spoiled with one week, totally no power at all out of a sudden. Send to creative, after few days, they replied cannot repair, replace a new set for me. Then the new set also never last for 2 months, up lorry.. Gotten another exchange and immediately sell it off... The END.

I am looking into some Chinese brands such as Edifier. It seems thier TWS5 meets all my requirements: aptX/AAC, 8 hours+32 hours, QQC3026 BT chip, CVC8.0 and TWS+. The price is pretty affordable too ($80 all inclusive). Just that there isn't any warranty lol. I just asked Edifier SG, their SRP is $159 and will be available on Dec.

Edifier doesn't seem to have volume control.

Yes, I am aware of that. Further more, it's using Micro USB and IPx5 only. I also saw the brand new X-mini Liberty Plus at Popular. Same features as Edifier TWS5 but with IPx7.

For tws buds, best if you can try them out for sound quality and comfort. Some buds just don't seal with ear well.

Thanks for the advice however, there are very limited places to try out the earbuds. I have been looking around and here is my current list:
- Aukey EP-T10 (Local Set)
- Edifier TWS5 (China Set)
- Creative Outlier Gold (Local Set)
- 1More Stylish (Local Set)
- X-mini Liberty Plus (Local Set)

With all negative aspects out of the way, we can now audition TRN T200’s audio signature, sound quality & tonality.

Apart from the white noise interference when BT connection is established and only audible when you are in a room with 0 dB, its SQ is dissimilar to TRN V90.

Just got my Liberty Pro 2 and testing it out, seems much better than my current Tevi and of couse, Mpow T5. Very happy with it so far, songs sound great and vocals are clear for me.

Tried the HearID but doesn't seem to have much of a difference. Had to change around the wing support and tips but got a good fit.

Edit: Also protrudes out of the ear by a bit so don't expect to win any fashion show with this on. But the sound quality is worth the trade off.

Liberty Pro 2? Do u mean Anker Soundcore Liberty Pro 2? How did u get it and how much? Anker told me it will be available in SG by Dec 2019. Very interested in this model.
