not tat "really" gd. among the 3, echo's sound suits me more...
ANC just add bonus nia.
the killer for L2P is the sound stage.. too wide.. i prefer tigher.
truengine dont want to say... cheapest so sound quality cannot compared to l2p n echo.

i even tried the mpow m5, to me, it killed off l2p liao.

Only saw it at Popular weeks ago bundled with wireless charging pad @$79. Not sure how much is it now. Not many reviews on the Internet too.

Alpha&Delta is lendmeurears' in house brand. They have a physical retail store at the adelphi and they should have sets for testing at their store.

Think they meant the earbuds work best with smartphones but for other devices is use at your own peril. Oh well, hope they process the refund asap.....i should have just bought the mpow t5 from shopee instead.

Hmm why didnt you file for a return with lazada instead? Can submit return within 15 days of receiving the item. So you tried with your samsung smart tv and it also disconnects after 5 minutes right? So your case is considered warranty claim and they require 3 weeks for repairs? That sux balls lar. Tronsmart really lup sup brand to avoid. Previously i bought their air mouse and it failed to charge after less than 6 months use. Once bitten twice shy no third chance.

Go to my orders > click on the particular order# > there sld be an option for "RETURN"

From there, fill in the form with details like"reason for return"(Item doesn't work properly), "refund method", "return type"(choose between courier pickup which means they will arrange ninja van to pickup the item from your location, or drop off which means you yourself have to drop the parcel to a ninja point or singpost popstation)

If you choose pickup, by right you need to wait for lazada customer service to contact you to arrange when ninja van can come pickup the parcel from you, but i ownself messaged the lazada live chat agent last night and told them to schedule a pickup at the soonest available slot. This afternoon they email replied me and scheduled the pickup for this coming thursday.

This item has 15 days return if purchased on lazada, even for change of mind reason. But you have to return everything in its entirety and original condition, meaning stuff like warranty card, user manual, ear tips have to be returned and the box as best as possible not damaged in anyway. Of cos lazada will then check the condition of the returned item and decide whether to issue a refund. If lazada for whatever reason deemed item is not in good condition for refund, they will send it back to you again. So not 100% guaranteed they will issue a refund but no harm trying since it doesnt cost us anything other than time wasted.

But at least we know now their 1 yr local warranty is quite pointless and their staff are not service orientated. Don't say buyer should not expect too much or must close one eye just because item is cheap. I don't expect premium quality for the price but at least the product must be fully functional, not some half arse prototype with bad firmware that only works on certain devices.

I have learnt my lesson the hard way lol. Shall see how the return process goes first in order to decide what to do next. Worst scenario, just use the earbuds as it is hahaha.

The white noise of the l2p is still present on my set when you play youtube videos with dialogue such as review videos at low volune. There is this "sssssss" sound if you test it in a quiet environment.Any l2p owners can test on this?
