bit the bullet and ordered the Sony wf-1000xm3. Will see how it compares to my soundpeats truengine 3se that I have on hand and lypertek tevi that I had previously.

Congrats, can download the Sony headphone app first. 3 modes are ANC, Ambient Sound and Ambient Sound off. Ambient Sound on lowest setting can block wind/blowing noises.
Can buy case for it as well cause the smooth finish will scratch damn easily.

I used Lypertek before selling it off, Sony definitely wins on sound but not by a landslide.

Parallel import, no local warranty and/or shop warranty 1 month. Maybe voice in Chinese too. If even more cheapskate can get refurbished set from ebay, cheaper but not by a lot.

this is genuine local set with 1 year warranty. they had flash sale @ $215 and I was able to stack $20 shop coupon + shopee $10 electronics coupon.

even export hk set with 1 Yr seller warranty is selling for $215 now

maybe you can change to L size as the given seen like a M size.
its barely 1$ per pair

The note 20 ultra free gift haven't arrive yet, dunno when deliver, so I go buy one first. Also the free gift is bronze colour, I like the white colour more.

Got my bud live yesterday, still getting used to wearing them for long time. My left ear is ok, my right ear feels a bit uncomfortable after 20 mins. Think I'm pushing them in too much.
ANC is ok, can block out the aircon and other low freq.
Sound quality wise, bass quality can compare with KZ AS10s. Mid, Treble and Clarity can't fight with AS10.. but i guess that's not the point of these earphones.
Overall is good

Find it very funny.. Using k30 pro and connect aptx tws+ for truengine 3se the volume is same at level 90% compare to redmi note 9s is at level 40%...didnt know different phone model can have such drastic volume? Both I disable volume at developer mode.

Not much detectable latency as far as I can hear, using Youtube and Amazon Prime Video App. Never play game so dunno.
Some people say it depends on your phone.
