Sounds less bassy than I had expected. Spacious soundstage due to its open design.

Nice one! I’m sticking with my Buds+ for my Note10+.
Buds live is recommended for people who who wear the buds but need to communicate with people. When I'm using buds+ with ambient mode, it last me only 5 hours plus as it's constantly using the mic. But when I used buds live, the battery life surpassed 8 hours as no ambient mode. So, buds+ for those who needs better seal and buds live who need to hear the surroundings. I always put my buds on during work is because I'm receiving calls frequently. Earbuds free my hands so that I can continue to do typing while talking.Buds+ is good too. Buds live not really recommended for public transport, especially noisy underground train, the open back design let in a lot of external sound.

Public transport really wreck any open back design, need at least some passive noise cancelling from a good seal. I was using the Aftershokz Bone Conducting earphones on train, suffered badly.Buds+ is good too. Ended up selling it.I am now using the Creaitve Outlier, the only thing I don't like is when I use for call, I can hear other party clearly but I cannot hear my own voice as both ear buds are inserted to my ears. As a result I always tend to talk too loud.
Is there any ear bud that I can hear other party clearly and I can also hear my own voice?
Does creative Outlier have any audio to video delay?I am now using the Creaitve Outlier, the only thing I don't like is when I use for call, I can hear other party clearly but I cannot hear my own voice as both ear buds are inserted to my ears. As a result I always tend to talk too loud.

You will need those with ambience mode Sony 1000mx3 if you are rich or I myself is also seriously thinking ticpods ANC
Some companies also call it "passthrough" mode during calls also.
so what is this compare to noise cancellation? I still don't understand what so good about noise cancellation?
I am using it more for conference call than music. So I need to hear my own voice before I keep shouting on the phone.![]()
Noise cancellation basically generates a reverse wave from the external sound to cancel out external sounds so that listeners won't hear the external sounds and concentrate on the music.
Passthrough or ambient mode is using the mic to pick up the external sounds and feed back into the speaker so that the listener can hear external sound in addition to whatever is playing.
So actually noise cancelling and passthrough/ambient are quite the opposite.
Thank you for explaining... So I need a ear buds with both functions. Sony one seems on high side... Any other good one to recommend?
