They exchange the case infront of u.. Or bring yr set inside to exchange? Maybe they pass u an old used set?

Thanks for sharing this, been holding back buying anything from them after first purchase of true buds many moons back came dead on arrival. Took some perseverance to trigger shopee's 15d refund policy. All ended well after they confirmed my courier delivered successfully.

For FIIL T1 lite users, anyone knows how to turn off the voice assistant?
Always touching it by accident and calling out to my contacts randomly.. duhhh...

I remember in the app can turn off voice assistant.

Think it's using Master / Slave method. Master is the bridge between the phone and the slave earpiece. So, Master will always consume more battery. Most TWS can choose either left or right to become master or slave, just remove either left or right earpiece from the case first, waiting for few seconds then remove the other side. The first to be remove from the case usually will connect first and that will be the master.

I really like the ANC on the Soundpeats T2, and some YouTube reviews generally say the same, though I've seen one reviewer mention the ANC changes the sound a little. I've also got the Sony WF-1000XM3 and consider the T2 to have better ANC, though I think a large part of that is because the T2 fits my ear much better and provides better sound isolation over the WF-1000XM3.

Nice! Thanks for the review. How bout the bulkiness of the earpiece? Ive seen reviews that the T2 is kinda fat.

Is it larger than the wf-1000xm3? My bro-in-law has the sony, so i'll be able to gauge. :D i find it quite big
