Just curious. Have you guys ever take a sniff at your earbuds and the hole which place them back into the casing? I guess is my sweat, oil and hygiene, there is a lingering smell not that nice.

On this topic. How do you guys maintain your earbuds/casing? Do you use soap to wash the silicon bud after every use?
I usually watch this as per what you said

Thanks for the inputs. I did think of alcohol wipes, but it sounds wasteful and not environment friendly to wipe small earbuds daily with a whole piece.... Thats also why I took out the silicon buds to wash with detergent. But I am concerned if the material will break if wash that often also...
As for the casing hole itself, i try to spray some alcohol onto a cloth then wipe hopefully it helps to cleanse...

Huh? You go and wash your earbuds with detergent and water? Or you mean the eartips? Your england i read until one head murky water. Whats so wasteful and environmental unfriendly about using alcohol wipes? A box of 100pcs only sell for $2 or so. If you dont want to "waste" alcohol wipes then use cotton earbuds dipped into hand sanitizer(should have plenty of government issued ones lying around) and clean your eartips or charging case accordingly. And why are you having to do cleaning daily? Your ears got so oily and dirty until you have to sanitize your earbuds after each use? If that is really the case then you should treat the problem at the root i.e. clean your ears more instead.

W240TN so good can challenge senheiser?
Personally i feel the sound quality of W240TN is good enough for me not to add extra $$$ for more expensive wireless earbuds
But Whether is it able to match up with anc tws earbuds which are 2-3 times more expensive

i feel its pretty personal.

plus, he mentioned his budget is 150-250.

Bought the sennheiser. Awesome stuff
I like how they customise the sound quality for you. Cos i never understand how to manually change the equaliser. So they customise for me using the app

Volume level set at 50%, ANC ON, Spatial Audio OFF
EQ neutral, songs playing from Spotify

Does anyone know if there is any other similar brand with the same earbud design as Jabra elite active 45e?
I'm not sure what to search on google for this type of earbud design.

most websites call these "Wireless neckband Headphones or Earbuds", cuz there is a rubber/silicon wire which goes behind your neck.

Actually many brands offer this design
- JBL
- Beats
- Sony
- Sennheiser
- Creative
- Samsung
- Plantronics
- Audio-technica

Some have ear hooks, some come with ear wings....

Sorry, what i meant was the shape of the earbud design, it's shaped like an airpod but I don't know what this design is called.
