I was looking for wide-angle lens IP Camera and I came across this forum.. Saw lots of people talking about this person called Dean. So I tried to enquire. He was swift and provided very good support. Gave me and family the feeling as if we are some VIP customers. I thot we should try Sineoji cameras then since support is impt to us.

We did not regret. Their Wide-Angle Lens is very good. I hope they would come out with newer and HOPEFULLY Cheaper models at the same time as I am thinking of putting one in my daughter's room.. HOPE! haha...

Anyways, this is my review. I have not tried other brands. So can't compare, but so far my experience with Sineoji has been superb! Well Done!

120° viewing angle is ideal .

anyone got experience with windows hp 950 xl using windows 10, and dlink has no app to view dlink dc5222L ip camera on their hp via remote ?

Their site says win 10 not supported for these ip cams.
Anyone got any idea how or which app in windows store to get to view remote using microsoft window hp 950 xl ?

just call the sineoji main line and you can reach him. I just renewed my challenger membership and bought 2 sineoji 498 cameras.

Now this camera is at $79 (ValueClub)...no more $69...

Challenger Tampines One and Woodlands Causeway Point..Saw they paste new price tag over the old one for the one i saw at Woodlands Causeway Point.

Seems they have aligned the price as in Sineoji sg website..... Prehaps a recent price review by Challenger.

My camera view is not so critical as i am just installing for viewing my cat only

But i guess i will follow your advice and get the PT528 instead due to the slight price difference...But if the PT498 is still at $69, i would get that still coz it is most value for the buck.

But the PT528 is smaller right?

But can i see the difference viewing angle on a same location between both of the said models?

Thanks to good reviews of Sineoji/Dean, I have contacted Dean for installation. I even recommended Dean to a friend of mine . He certainly provided good service as many has mentioned in this forum.

Only one observation, he promised to issue the purchase receipt the next day. This is something he never follow up. Sent him a few SMS, which he did acknowledged (to send the receipt). Till today, I has never received the receipt. The friend (who bought 2 cameras direct, not from website) confirmed Dean never issued a receipt.

The receipt is important proof of purchase, for warranty purpose. If Dean is able to honor warranty requests, I am fine with it. Did the online production registration but no further acknowledgement via the website or emails.

Sorry if I have overlooked this. Many a times, the invoice or receipt is prepared at the point of delivery or installation. However, there are times where consumers change their mind, for instance, instead of 3 units to 2 units or change models. Hence the invoice that has been prepared has to be revised or reprint.

Nevertheless, the invoice has been reprinted or revised and is ready for collection or rather email over. I may have overlooked this as the entire month was a busy month. PM me your name as well as your friend and I will request the finance to email over to you.
