For sineoji IP cam sensitivity setting, is level 1 or level 9 most sensitive ? Tried searching the user guide but to no avail

1 is the most sensitive and 9 is the least sensitive

I saw on Sineoji website that they have new cameras with Face Detection include a 180 degrees wide angle, PT818V. The PT816V is 142 degrees wide with Face Detection.

But anyway, I have taken the plunge and got the dlink 8525 instead. Pretty impressed with the app for iphone.

Another question. Tehcnically, we are not supposed to install this on hdb corridors. Do you guys still install it?

I'm currently using wyze camera. Was using sineoji previously for around a year. 1 thing I like about sineoji is their marketing and customer support. Thumbs up! Why I change brand then? To be honest, I felt cheated. I kept wondering why are my video feeds ain't that smooth. It was until I installed tinycam pro app on my phone then I got to know the video fps is NOT like what they advertised. All my feeds are at around 5 fps at most. I decided to buy wyze camera's after months of research. This is the best online purchase of my life. At $20usd (minus shipping) you couldn't go wrong. I bought more than I needed just in case if any set goes kaput, I'd have an extra in hand rather than wasting more time for an exchange set (yes you can do that). Their customer service is top notch, they are indeed very transparent. My advise to you is to read through their community forum and see for yourself. They have since upgraded their phone app to have multiple camera view just based on community request! My friends and colleague has since bought too. I am a proud owner of 8 wyze cam v2 of older batch (120° field of view) and 3 black limited edition (110° field of view) and all current cameras that I installed gave me smooth buttery 20 frames per second and the speaker is way louder! You guys think I can get 11 1080p ip cams at around $350 sgd here?

My Foscam just broke down. Not intending to buy same brand anymore. Too expensive.

Any model to recommend with the following features:

• LAN cable for connectivity
• 1080P with night vision
• Motion detector with FTP or SD card upload
• Configurable with 3rd party app like tinyCam Monitor

haha ya the price.... because they included the home setup cost which dont suit everyone.

Tht y i get wanscam ip camera.

No wonder can get good support and free installation.

Sineoji should sell cheaper and include a separate and chargeable service fee for those who really need it.

I may consider the PT716V if the price is at $60-70 price range.

For now, I am buying the Wyze Cam Pan. The most value camera buy in US and Amazon.

If you block notifications, there is no difference if sending through emails. Since your emails will not receive notifications too.

However the pathetic firmware and support (no updates to it), simply makes it unacceptable. - in other words, once u pay for your goods, you are forgotten.

I will not encourage anyone to get it.

It is so cheap that you can buy and install another camera.

Foscam has good support but too expensive. My FI9826P lasted nearly 4 years.

I got hold of the new Sineoji PT816V cam. Awesome , I like it, view angle 142 degrees which is perfect. New Sineoji app is power !

So an email notification is irrelevant.

The videos are stored in Amazon clouds. You just access them end of day or whenever you are free.

Anyway, I will provide more update when the product has reached me.
