i been a while i install so i actually forget..

hmm i think u need to connect the cam (Wire) to ur router first to find the ip and access the cam to setup something inside.

try to download search tool IP (nt sure work a nt)

roughly remember i do ddns (FREE https://www.noip.com/) and do some setting on the router
usually router ip is hidden tht why u cant access outside network, so u need to port forward and setup a ddns..
some router had ddns inside.... (i think ASUS one has) so it easy just reg and setup and it done if nt wrong.


sineoji is using old technology, got gd and bad.. the only i like is i can view cam from browser which save dataplan haha, new one cannot.. must use mobile
now i use xiaomi 2k cam liao ahha

Hi thanks , the big headache is that I change my router and now the IP Sineoji cam is still under the old router settings. Once I connect ethernet cable from the camera to the new router and do reset, where shall I go to reconfigure the IP cam to the new router settings?

once hoot up ur cam and ur router... u got the ip thn access from tht ip from browser and go in..
actually u can hoot up and see if ur router can detect the cam IP a not..

i think down because Sineoji ddns gone.. so u cant access it..

Hi I connect the lan cable and I see connected device. But connected does not mean configured. Also the camera in the Sineoji app is still offline. I need to configure settings but how to do that? Go to which website?

No website. The website is the IP address.
Just like you go in to your router.

You need to go into your router and check and google.

I'm having issues connecting to my webcam from outside, my setup is using PT528v on wireless connection to Linksys Velop Tri-Band. Anyone could kindly help?

it very hard to teach u de.. is not somthing tht can do teach u step by step..

all u need to do, is go in ur cam & router and explore the setting inside.
via the ip address.

if u cant access the IP cam... i think u need to do hard reset..
think u use IE, dont use chrome.

ur cam look like wanscam one, can follow this...
