Bought another sineoji PT528 camera today. I am really enjoying it as the live footages watching it live is extremely fast.

One question, how do i get the live video to be projected on my TV screen ? besides watching it on my phone.

unless ur TV is an android TV ( you can't) if ur TV is android . u can sideload the apk file.

if urs is the normal TV you cannot

if u have android box that supports miracasT then u can ask ur phone to the TV

sineoji pt528

hi,

just got my sineoji pt528 recently. using the sineoji app on iphone to access the cam but it's taking a long time to connect. do u have the same issues as well ?

when i am on LAN, i am using http://192.168.1.100:8081 and it works. for remote access, i am using http://WAN-IP-Address:8081 but it didn't work. i have set firewall rules on my router to allow incoming traffic

Source IP: any
Source port: TCP/UDP 14529 to 65535

Destination IP: http://192.168.1.100
Destination port: TCP/UDP 8081

Did i miss anything? The above works for my vstarcam but didn't work for sineoji. Please help

Hi all,

Dean has contacted me tonight and resolved the issues. Thanks for the help! Really appreciate it !!!!

With the great tech support, it's definitely worthwhile to get a sineoji cam

The iPhone issues is fixed by updating the IOS

The trick to the port forwarding issue is to install a firewall rule with the same source and destination port number, instead of the range of high port numbers. I am using a aztech router provided by Singtel

Hope the above helps anyone with similar issues

you can connect SD Card to ur laptop/laptop via a MicroSD Card reader

or access the camera's ip address via your browser via ur pc/laptop on the same network
http://192.168.1.xx:8081/

replace with ur camara's ip address

https://www.transcend-info.com/Products/No-396

Thanks for the product link bro :) i do know i can use MicroSD card reader to get the videos but all of my SDcards are slotted into all my cameras and quite troublesome to retrieve it as it's pretty high up on top on ceiling i don't want to climb up to get it

I guess i will try the browser network alternative  btw i'm using Sineoji PT713V and PT528v

Updated
I tried go online microsd card reader playback, clicked on it and all i see is a blank page not loading D: any sineoji user encounter this before?

U can try going to the following url:
http://192.168.1.xx:8081/sd/

replace xx with your IP Cam IP Address. Problem is need to download and then play. I wonder if there is a way to play the files right from the page.

Just go to www.sineoji.com/estore. But it is sold out at their estore as of now when I intend to get 2 units of PT528V. I headed to Challenger, some outlets are out of stock too. Thanks to the Challenger staff who checked for me the outlets where I can get them and managed to get it at Bugis.

Hi,

For sineoji cam, what's the wire length of the power adapter? Is it the standard round connector that plugs into the cam? Do they sell the extension cable ? Thanks !

I messaged Dean on this his immediate reply was to head down to distributor to get the extension cable. Was informed not to get 3rd party type.

Anyone have any success using an extension (female/male head) or buying a 5v power adaptor off aliexpress or such?

Better to get the cable extension cable from.the distributor. I purchased from Dean when he came over and did the mounting and installation soon as I ordered online via the sineoji estore.
