I'm using 2 sineoji ip cam and have realized the recording is not working. I can't even playback any video. Even it is record, it only record 1 day and the other cam totally not recording.

Have been trying to restart the device or format the SD card couple of time already.

Please kindly assist if anyone have the same issued as me and have been solved.

Got a Sineoji PT528V for my daughter current residing in Sydney, Australia. She had some difficulty setting it up, contacted Dean from Sineoji, he assisted her remotely online to get it up eventually. Thanks Dean for the patience.

Every week I would ring my daughter from Singapore as I view on the cam live. Connectivity was smooth and sharp, that's what I exactly needed. Service from Sineoji was spectacular !

I got a question to ask everyone, my Sineoji camera the red Infrared light no longer shining brightly but its it's still in IR mode, does this means my IR light died? my Sineoji cameras are not even 6month old and the IR light gone :O

Infra red lights are supposed to be dim, not bright. If your infra red is not working, then your IR mode will not work but your IR code is working, so there's nothing wrong with it.

Anyone know which Challenger have the PT716V in stock? Thinking of getting one.

My Vstarcam T7838WIP suddenly cannot get any video even after resetting and updating its firmware. My PC and phone can connect to it via lan, can still change its password and also connect to wifi, but there's no picture (it will show the loading screen) even when the app shows its online.

If I try and connect via browser it will show 401 unauthorised even when the password is correct. Not sure what else I can do to make it work. Anyone face this problem before?

I know the IR lights is not shining brightly like those LED bright lights, what i was trying to say was the red lights on some of my IP Cam are no longer there and my other cams some of them have the red light but some of the led bulb doesn't light up anymore, i'm still able to use the IR Mode but it became darker and might due to the IR light bulb worn out and no longer able produce proper "light" to brighten up in the darkness.

It's ok i will ask dean about it since he is the guy with the knowledge.

I saw the Sineoji PT716V in Challenger Tampines One, it looks really small IMO, although I have not seen the physical size of the camera except the pics. But the retail box of the PT716V is much smaller as compared to the previous models.

Saw the video images from Sineoji.

Sineoji Camera is really good but its very low fps when viewing in Full HD sadly, is there any good 30fps IP cam recommendation?
