Seoul. Some changer exchange rate as high as 815 some nearer to tourist attraction can be same as sg..so far around myeongdong avg is 805 except changer like 大使館 and some around it

not sure. but 2 weeks ago i got 812 in arcade when spot rate is 821. So now spot rate is 825. should be higher?

if you have problems carrying many sg 50 notes, remember you'll also have problems carrying the korean won in that same wallet. because they give you mostly in 50k won denomination as well.

820 in myeongdong. range from 812-820. the further you go from myeongdong station the better the rate.

Yes, they do accept $1k notes but not sure whether it applies to all changers as I have only changed at a random changer.
