remember i saw 980 at Myeongdong last week. we managed to change some cash for 978 there next day.

i realize sometimes when i paid using youtrip. the exchange rate they gave me is even lower than what i change in SG.

i changed in SG for some cash at 958 and one of the payment they only gave me 957. perhaps the exchange rate really sucks that day lol

Highly recommend to use Youtrip card. Today rate 987. Most shops accept card too except night market that one can standby cash

i will say the exchange rate in Myeondong is always better than SG so if you are going into Seoul straight, i will always recommend to change most of your dollars there. of cos you will need small amount first to get from airport to town.

but again alot of places accept cards now, but not sure of our local banks charges and rate though, i used youtrip.

hi everyone. anyone here applied for the "wise" card before? it says to "activate your card. you need to pay in store using your pin. you can find your pin by selecting show pin in the card tab.

means i bring this card to any shop in singapore and must press the 4 digit pin is it? just to activate it? for e.g walk into 7-11 shop buy a can of drink and use the card and press the 4 digit pin like a atm card like that?
