also prefer to change first in SG and get ready before going, truth is unless your intending to change a very big amount, the rates dont really amount to much in the end for all the effort of travelling to find the moneychanger etc.
It sounds like withdrawing in Korea has better rates than exchanging in Singapore? How much is the bank processing fee? I always feel safer changing in SG then go overseas though![]()
