Is it almost sure that rate in Seoul is better than Singapore?

previously i go there change also. i even changed USD in SG den went over to change USD to WON. i rmb really earn quite a bit cos i heard the USD rate there very good for WON. But that time i wu eng do so ley chey. haha now lazy liao.

must ask those in Seoul if the USD rate is still stronger there.

sgd. but i nvr really go find one. i just randomly pick one and straight change cos i change 400 only so not much difference to me. but before i go seoul i changed at mustafa @ 796.

That is not true, money changer at Myeongdong gives the yahoo finance rate, the best rate they can give. But maybe try to bring larger notes i.e. $50, as I think they pay lesser for small notes. However, the difference might not be very significant.
