There is an android app call korea exchange you can find out the rate there. It include all korea bank and those small time money exchange in myeongdong . The rate is quite accurate.

I see I see. So far recent few months Myeongdong rate was much better than sg.

Yes it has been better. Even I decide to change there, until I decide to try my luck just 3 days before going korea. The rate is consider good already so might as well cut the time spend there money exchange.
