Sizing down half should suffice..

Uetam 6UK was very snug to the point of squeezing my toes. And that's without socks. 6.5UK was comfy. I'm likely to go with 6.5. No guts to go half size down. Thanks for the help!

I think a certain type of loafers/ style comes to mind with white loafers. Loafers are timeless, white loafers... Just be abit more careful!

A sad day for my wallet... Just hoot a tobacco suede string loafer under the customization with tomir sole... 318.18 Euro.....

bro, i dun follow trends or fads. only concerned about my image.

i find it strange to wear sneakers as i see the shoes more to sports inclined.

loafers= casual to snart casual wear

dress shoes= formal office wear.

besides i am getting loafers with several colour options, not just restricting myself to white.


if u think wearing loafers are 'out' then perhaps u can share with me what kind of shoes will go with my usual wardrobe of casual tailored shirts and berms with the odd jeans and chinos.

Really think you should check out common projects tho. Since you're gonna spend so much already. Plus i dont even think those in pitti can pull off white loafers...just makes you look tacky.

I too, would probably not advise white loafers.
As previously mentioned, a very light brown suede would be ok, but not white.
For white sneakers, apart from common projects, you could also look at velasca, or gustin, for something a little cheaper. Though there is a bit of a wait time.

Not sure if you know about this online store mrporter..

Go under shoes > all shoes > sort via price from Low to high..

Most of their shoes there I find are as competitively priced in comparison to most local retailers, probably due to the favourable gbp rate currently. There's complimentary express shipping regardless of what you buy, as well as hassle free return/exchange policy.

The thing I find useful about mrporter is that they give you an overall picture on how you can match these shoes with your entire outfit. I am not sure if they have white loafers there, but they have plenty of decent looking white shoes, based on your Budget. If I may suggest, maybe the common Adidas Stan smith, or EG Portland loafers in either sand or navy (very good price for the navy, if there's any in your size)

hehh guys....thanks for your advice. till i checked out mrporter.com which Daniel.Y has so kindly shared in an earlier post did i realise my ignorance and perhaps sad lack of knowledge in shoes.

and all this while i was wondering why u all were so against me wearing WHITE loafers.

the correct term i should use should be DRIVING SHOES. DRIVING SHOES! Paiseh guys.
