Yup GMTO prices are the same as their normal "in stock" models.
30% upcharge if you don't hit the minimum of 4 guys (used to be 3).

Wedge sole vs commando sole, commando sole will last how much longer (before wearing out) compared to wedge?

If all use and environment factors are the same, and both vibram soles.

IMHO, I don't think makes much difference. More a matter of which "sole look" you prefer on your shoes/boots.

Really ah...
Just thought commando sole maybe can more lasting and wear out slower feeling haha.

Cause my red wing wedge sole the heel left like 20% life nia after 10 months. I only wear like 2-3 times a week on average.

Yeah, this pair was kind of an experiment.
I think for side laces to work, everything else must be more muted / conservative.

Was in the same .... shoes two weeks back. Deciding between Stand and Aldwych or settle for both and get the Ledbury.

Decided on the strand as the Ledbury looked really pointy in some actual pictures. Received the strands a few days back and no regrets. Thought they would't be dressy enough in black for work but they are perfect.

Fit is more or less identical, no discernible diff for me.
