how much does it cost for u to resole your loakes?

my loakes soles are also wearing off liao

Can buy a new pair for the price of 2 resoles, with sufficient discount (which is not infrequent from pediwear, robinsons shoes etc) and a decent exchange rate.

$78 only, you serious?
I suppose you know the difference between resoling and adding topy/vibram

I think it is possible because their cost for full vibram (heel and front) is within $50. But as i do not have experience nor seen any examples of their work, cannot comment on quality of workmanship and materials used.

Hi Polish Guru, may i know whats the diff between neutral wax vs coloured wax assuming i already cream the shoe with the colour matching polish?
Can i still acheive the mirror shine at cap toe using neutal wax or die die must use colour wax. Assuming using saphir product. Thks

I have the same question also... Because I afraid to use the wrong color so I bought the neutral from saphir.

Differences between colored and neutral waxes lies in solely the color. Depending on the color and age of the leather, applying colored or neutral wax will have a different tint (obvious reasons).

Absolutely no problem to polish neutral wax over a colored creme base. For people who find it hard to match the leather tone exactly, or want to showcase the natural color of the leather can use neutral wax.

The key is to balance amount of wax/creme, pressure, consistency and water and you will be fine.

Yes. That's what I did with my Meermin.
Previously my Meermin got worn out so I was contemplating topy. But when it was suggested to me to resole, at the price, simply a no brainer

Can share pictures? Did they stitch through the insole?

Yes j3r0m3, could you send us photos of the Meermin which Solemann resoled for you. I believe alot of bros here will be very interested at how well it is done. $78 is really a very good price for a resole which many will be keen on.
