Looks slightly too big to me. More importantly, is it loose when you walk? If someone were to accidentally step onto the back of your shoe while you're walking, will it come clean off?

The skin at the achilles heel is going to be painful. Try put a thin insole combine with a heel pad.

Yes, I also think their sizing chart is not too accurate.
Anyway I got 2 of these brand new size M for sale at cost. Can test before buying.

I can only recommend these as I've used them personally, and many here have as well. (or any other Woodlore product)

Woodlore Epic Twin Tube Shoe Tree

Free shipping from Amazon if you order up a minimum of USD$125

PS : btw if you're ordering, can I join in with an item of my own ? My item costs approx USD$25

Edit : thanks to Shiahzy for the correct sizing chart for Epic shoe trees

AFTER

Vintage Florsheim Imperials made in Italy. Estimate circa 90s found from fleabay.

Took me a while (around 1hr) to clean and restore the shoes to a "wearable" state

1. Disinfect with Dettol spray for hygience reasons
2. Scrub welt with wet brush
3. Wipe dry with microfiber cloth
4. Dust off upper with horsehair brush
5. Remove stains with leather cleaner
6. Apply black cream polish (leather condition is good no need reno), wait to dry and brush off with horsehair brush (better spread) twice
7. Apply black wax polish and brush off with a very old kiwi plastic brush (beter shine) twice
8. Wet polish toe cap till both sides are evenly shined
9. Remove excess wax with nylon stocking

Anyone wanna buy Herrings shoes?

Going to order tonight and shipping might be cheaper if buying in a larger quantity.

Do PM me if you are keen!

Ind1go seems to have a gd knowledge, bought from them many times before?

Only about 3-4 times...
I find that their customer service is top notch.

I would want to try pediwear soon though, but if its a brand that is available on both, I would go for Herrings first.

I'm quite keen to find out what Pediwear offers there are.
I mean Herring does provide a 20% off coupon once in a while

Hi folks,

Did a web order from Amazon for a pair of Sapienza loafers recently. Am wondering if it's just me or the leather quality and workmanship doesn't look up to par with the other shoes I've seen in AE boutique.

You could also see two slight bumps along the edge and the welt of the upper on this picture

Should I go through the hassle of returning it and hoping for a better pair to come along?
