Just read on the shoe snob blog that he will be doing a couple of trunk shows in Asia, specifically HK (The Armoury) and Singapore (Kevin Seah) in Nov/Dec this year.

Will be an excellent opportunity to try the fit of his shoes. I believe they tend to suit narrow feet better (from what I've read). Personally if I can fit a size comfortably, I believe i will pull the trigger as they seem pretty good value.

From what I have communicated with justin, he will be bringing some sample shoes with different last and size for us to try out. Buying from him is quite hard as he won't be bringing any stocks down. He mentioned ordering process will still be online after we have tried out.

Hopefully he will have discount on form of discount code or free shipping. Btw I will definitely be going... Shortlisted 2...

Alvin you should fit them well since u wear meermin at ease. Think his shoes will be good value. Perhaps close to carmina standards at a slightly better price?

I would def want to try if i can make it. Knowing my wide feet, no confidence to buy w/o trying.

No problem... Anyway if u have a slightly higher budget and can afford to wait, atelier llyr is also another consideration...

$295msrp, wait for tangs with their 20% off with tangs card. Applicable for llyr shoes at $236. Cheers!

what brands and lasts do you go for with broad feet if I may ask please?

While I am no expert on shoe but u might try your luck at English tradition shoe like loake. Usually English shoe width are in their stanfard "F" width which IMHO is rather broad. Their 024 last is quite generous on width. A good place to start with is to head down to robsinson heeren to have feel or their shoe in term of size and last. Then when u have decided on the model and size, you can head online to pediwear or robinsonshoe.co.uk to get them. A headstart below for u on the different type of last they loake offers. Cheers!

Pediwear News: Loake Lasts

P.S. I am not affliaiated to any one of the shoemaker or online merchant above. Just sharing my experience....

Loake capital last in F fit works for me. Upsize by 0.5. I take edetal shoes in 43 or about uk9 which is 1 full size up. I have tried but not bought G fit shoes true to size and seem comfortable. Not very helpful info but thats my experience.
