they provide such service? hpw long does the shoes take to ship?

Just email them the model that you wish to order and the measurements of your foot length and width and ask them which size should you order.

For my Meermin doublemonks, I requested them to burnish the toes. It took them 1.5months from the time I place my order before they ship out.

Edetal shoes made with which leather?
55 is fifty five the Edetal shop

You ask Edwin to customise for you, any leather also can. Except ET and Dinosaur leather.

On the other hand the earlier batches started with Asian calf leather (my guess is pakistani) but i heard him say now his MTO is using better European leather.

RTW should be same as MTO but I cant confirm

Meermin usually takes a long time to get the shoes out, but they're tremendous value for $. I have 7 pairs from both lines. :s13: 'Nuff said ....

I always tot Meermin is beyond your budget. After I saw all your posts on the G... shoes.

You need it urgently? If not can ask gambireu to help order from Meermin, but will take 2 months or more. After shipping it should be only about S$20

I decided to add a pair of tasseled loafers to my casual collection. Apparently they have it in ready stock. So let me know what you need.

I have this pair in UK 9. They are considerably larger than my ed et al ones which are also UK 9. I don't know what last it is, but it's much broader than any other shoes that I have. So much so that they look like loaves of bread...

anyone can help?

Petiac: Meermins offer great value for $, so I use them. I'm a huge proponent about value-for-$ and if it meets a certain level of quality ...

6 is very risky. My offer still stands. I wear UK 6.5 for Meermin shoes, and if anybody about my size wants to meet up to try to determine if they should size up (likely up, it's hard to believe anybody has smaller feet than me), lemme know. Teh ping's on you. :D

I'm considering ordering from the Saphir stuff from "A Fine Pair of Shoes" website. Its slightly more expensive than the Meermin site but takes about a week to arrive according to their shipping details.

I've tried playing around with the quantity but not entirely sure about how they determine the shipping costs. From what I can see, it might be based on the ordered items' costs.

If anyone is interested in sharing the shipping costs, you can go browse the website and pm me your order. Once I consolidate the order I'll reply you with the cost to see if you would like to confirm it. Full payment will be required.

Deadline for ordering will be 23:59 on Monday 29 Jul 2013.

Thanks.

I ran a quick calculation on the cost for each item and here is the estimate breakdown.

The wax polish 100ml will cost about SGD17-18 while the Renovateur will be about SGD28-29.

Its not exactly any much cheaper than what is being sold locally.

Nevertheless, if anyone is still keen, pm me and i'll consolidate them and see if you are ok with the price. If not then we'll cancel it.

If there's no rush, wait for the sale.

My first pair of Allen Edmonds! Got the size just right.
Now I need to find neutral polish before wearing.

does anyone know if meermin site has discounts at certain times of the year?

Paying like 300+ for a shoe quite painful and I don't mind waiting...

I don't think meermin ever has sales. For that price point, its already relatively affordable considering the product you're paying for.

Although I heard that ebay carries odd sizes of meermins with defects that they sell at lower prices. But then again. Paying slightly less for a defective product isnt very attractive either.

Just make sure you get yr foot measurements right before buying. The pair in hiro last was too tight at the toes in width for me. Otherwise the leather and the quality is really much nicer than the RTW brands in S'pore.
