Prob have to strip the colour. For that mayb can DIY to save some costs. But can also risk screwing up the whole boots

M putting boots that will otherwise be left to waste to good use and i think thats a good thing. Safe to say people who still have these boots probably already completed or soon to complete their NS obligations.

I also have a brand new pair which I never used. Strange how I survived my 2.5yrs wearing just one pair and its still alive. Oh, and waiting for 2 more cycles... :D

I be keen if u guys managed to figure out how to put colors on it. I have to admit that the old saf boots are one of the toughest and most comfy pair ever in my wardrobe.... :s13:

One of the shoe's leather has some crumpling of the leather. First time I come across such a case. Would shoe trees help to smooth out the crumples?

U mean side of the shoe on the left hand? Dont think shoe tree would help for that part of the shoe. Did u buy seconds?

Anyone know the prices for putting on front Topy/Vibram at Raffles Place (eg Sole-Mann at the Arcade and the cobbler at Marina Bay Link Mall)?

Clearly the hide of the shoe with the creasing is inferior to the other shoe in the picture. To me, it is unacceptable. Did you do anything to it like applying leather conditioner or polish? Or is it in this state when opened?

I will send an email to amazon and based on my experience they will gladly exchange/refund you when you send the items back but shipping is absorbed by you.

Yes, dark Navy and AE provided the 2 laces. Yup purple laces will be good as well, but need see where to purchase such laces. I shall use the red first.

Its already like that when I opened.

Yes I mailed them this morning and in a few hours they have already replied my email to apologise and have already sent out another pair via Priority International Shipping to me.
Also asked me to ship back the current pair and let them know the costs and they will refund accordingly.

Amazon service is really top notch!
