if everyone will to buy a PMD or PMA and drove on the walkway, there will be a traffic jam on the walkway. that will force LTA to notice the severity of the issue.

LTA is really irresponsible, approve the usage of PMA but don't enforce violation. PMA is to help disabilities, not as a vehicle to carry passenger around.
