Hi CheapTicketsSGP,
Why don't you leave the address of your physical office and your company ACRA registration number here for some reassurance that you are not a scam?

Komatsu81- we are sorry to hear about your experience on our website and with our customer service team and apologise for the lack of service that you have experienced. We understand that a member of our Singapore team assisted you on Friday last week to try and resolve your booking issue. When a transaction is attempted on the site fails the bank creates a hold on this amount of money. Our system automatically informs the bank to release this hold if no ticket is attached to it- this is also a process that we are working to improve. If you or any other customer encounters an issue during or after booking please send an email to cheaptickets.sg @travix-international.comso that we can assist. Thank you. CheapTickets.sg

with this kind of reply, who dares to book thru your website?

To be a online operator, you must give 100% assurance and back-up to all consumer.

Have you guys tried Zuji?

Do you have any recommendation of fully reliable sites?

Zuji is reliable, booked thru them once. But price-wise I won't say it's cheapest. Sometimes it might be cheaper to book direct with airline than thru Zuji. The only plus point is you are able to compare price of various airline at a glance then to go to individual airline website.

Was going to book Bangkok in Dec 6 to 9 .
Have just checked cheapticket.sg de price is 252, whereas zuji is 272 .
Is cheapticket.sg reliable?

Try posting on their Facebook, it seems to get faster n better response. Anyway DBS has a promotion with cheaptickets.sg but with such bad reputation, I wonder why DBS still dare to.

i bought a pair of tickets to and fro Bangkok. Spent $560, thought it was pretty cheap despite all other miscellaneous charges being added to our cost. Unlike the other forumers, i did not encounter the error message.

However, only one of the flight was successfully booked.

SIN - BKK (unsuccessful) Tiger Airway
BKK - SIN (successful) Air Asia

I wasn't even informed of the booking failure/cancellation on Cheaptickets.sg end. Called their hotline twice and was served by Indian officers. Told them my situation but they couldn't even understand what I am saying.

What I want is a refund on the unsuccessful booking of the SIN-BKK flight. I was put on hold for so long and I CANNOT STAND IT ANYMORE.

worried

i wished i read this earlier
but i recently booked a round trip from SG to Phuket from cheaptickets.

everything seems to be successful, i received confirmation from AirAsia and Tiger airway.

i also received an email from cheaptickets that i should be expecting a 'Ticket confirmation and receipt' email as a final confirmation of your cheaptickets ticket purchase - which i never receive any emails from cheaptickets afterward.

Is this something that I should worry about? Will cheaptickets be able to cancel my flight from AirAsia & Tiger which we already have the flight confirmation emails?

I am quite suprise to see this.
I had booked twice with cheaptickets.sg in oct 2011 to shanghai & again in February 2012 to Hawaii then to San Francisco b4 back to SG
No issue at all for me, the booking was smooth!

I saved at least $2000 through them.

Hi,
21 Nov - 25 Nov
CX-650 and CX-735
3A 1C

I've compared with SIA, Cathay, Zuji (booked my hotel thru them), Jetabout and came across this web. Total price are indeed cheaper by 100-130 then Jetabout and Zuji..but as this thread came along..I was really a bit worried yesterday..

Oh yah, this was thru the DBS $30 promo as well..once I key in my credit card number, it auto showed me $30 discount.
