I was a Sega console guy since the master system. All the way to the Saturn. Switched to the original xbox back in the day with the Starhub promo. Modded crystal xbox ftw!

Stayed with MS for the 360, despite the RRoD.

However, the attitude of MS and how they handled the announcement of the Xbox One really pissed me off (online check ins, locked out 2nd hand games etc), and that, followed 24hrs later with the PS4 announcement made my decision for me ... PS4.

And damn, was that decision correct. First game on the system was TLoU. The console was worth it to play that game alone. It's a masterpiece.

If you are deciding between the Xbox One S and PS4, don't bother looking at the games available on both, the PS4 has the edge but in all honesty the difference isn't much. Instead look at the exclusives for each console. Personally I think the PS4 library is stronger than Xbox here.
