Not really. Optical scanner works great even on tempered glass. Is just ultrasonic scanner more picky

Nah the FP scanner actually still works really well even with the TG on. Not as good as without, but id say still better than the S24U with TG on. And yes, it comes with guide tool

whoa this phone do light gaming will heat up quite badly. Scrolling social media will also heat up. remind me of SD 8 gen 1. S23+ barely heat up sia.... 🫤

I've noticed this also. Don't do gaming on mobile, but using Instagram can sometimes make the phone heat up more than it should. I suspect it could also be due to poor connection, forcing the phone to work harder in order to maintain stable connection. It happens when I'm on wifi too.

maybe try overnight drain on LTE just to confirm if it's due to poor 5G signals
