After the PO period, the deal not so good alr.
If you buy from global store, now only left with earbud, no more watch.
If you buy from SG store, it's only a pretty much useless giftbox.
Better to double confirm with CS

Anyone gotten their set from China?

I can't seem to change the language fully to English (some parts will still be in Chinese) and get all Google services to work properly.

Any pointers will be highly appreciated!

Edit: If the workaround is too complicated, am I better off getting a set from Xiaomi Singapore? I assume that will work like a 'normal' Android phone with zero Chinese apps and restrictions?

Flashing global ROM on CN set will pretty much brick most of the banking apps. If you really need to flash "global" ROM and have already unlocked your HyperOS bootloader, Xiaomi.EU ROM should be the one to go for. EU NOT EEA ROM

If u coming from samsung, then it might not be worth it for u. Lack alot of features. But phone is smooth.
