Until further reports I guess that will have to be the case , pun intended.

Anyway quite uncommon, been test shooting the phone quite abit the past few days.

Under Certain Conditions even my expensive mirrorless and lens will have flare... the light just so happen to hit at a particular angle...

That is true.

Some of the modern lenses have really beautiful flares sometimes I intentionally chase them for certain compositions.

Yes, certain angle there will be refraction into the lenses.. the sensors are sensitive enough to pick it up

imo might be caused by circular & pill shape cutout. x200pro also have similar issue but only arc no straight line flare

Amazing shot for a smartphone though I have not tried such pics before

Incredulous that the two light panels on bottom right are not utterly burnt out from exposure of 15s @ ISO 800.

Or maybe they are not lights.
Or perhaps the Ultraraw is really good.

Maybe I should try their Ultraraw. The DCG in Lyt 900 is claimed to give 14 stops dynamic range. This is on par with modern full frame sensors. Not sure about other complimenting sensors.

There is a long exposure mode that supposedly do not burn highlights. Similar to olympus live composite long exposure.

online doesn't seems to have much comparison between the 2 model macro mode also
