Yes. Sept 3. I plan to use it for my May trip.

From the email link after redeeming it:
Please check your VIP airport lounge benefit, which is valid until 2025/9/3.

will the free camera kit starts to rot inside cabinet after watching this?:ROFLMAO:

I bought something similar for my 13U 2 years back, I remembered during the initial 13U launch there wasn't any macro functionality for the phone's camera. Hence bought the fotorgear cover with the screw on 75mm macro lens.

Now with software updates, XM 13U is able to take closeups.

With the lens attachment can zoom even further in...

The only issue is it is very cumbersome to keep taking the lens out here and there just to take a few photos when out and about. (need to take out my existing 13U phone case to wipe off dust before screwing on the attachment too, means bringing additional wipes and microfiber cloths)

on the side note, just received 15U today yay. Now just have to wait for the phone case and screen protector to arrive.

Is the base of the macro attachment wide enough to cover over the 1 inch sensor of ur previous XM13 ultra / the current XM 15 ultra ?

The macro images for current XM15 ultra is "decent" for web posting since it uses the smaller sensors, but if can somehow make the 1 inch sensor do the macro heavy lifting I think the quality / details can go further ( also partly dependent on the quality of the macro filter ) .

yeah setup more for serious photography. better to have a bag to keep, also another mobile for regular use.

for casual street shooting don't require such setup

The lens attachment can be screwed to the 3 lenses XM 13U has (not the ultrawide lens). So yeah it can attach itself to the main camera. The good part about the attachment is I can position the phone further away to get the same amount of "zoom in". The current macro functionality for the phone now requires the phone to very close. And yes it can cover the 1 inch sensor as there are no visible dark rings at the edges of the photos.

Don't think it can fit XM15U though, I don't have the XM15 phone case that has threaded lens openings that can screw the attachment lens. The kit however, does come with a lens clip/clamp but the thought of attaching a clamp on a new phone, doesn't sit well with me. 😓

Yeah, too much of a hassle to use. Maybe that will change when xiaomi's concept phone is released.

My phone app search uses the Google search bar.

I realized the app search is slower if connection is bad, but fast when good connection ( compared turning on and off connection )

Is there other ways to search app on your phone which is not dependent on internet ?

if you configure your home screen with app drawer, just swipe up & do app search
