Specs wise, 17 Max is better. Just that you ok with china rom?

I'm using the Vivo X100 with China rom now.

The only annoying thing is the delayed notification for messaging apps (except for WeChat). Not a deal breaker though. I managed to resolve it on the Vivo X100 though.

Still have not decided if I wanna get the Xiaomi 17 Max. My Vivo X100 is still working well after 2.5 years.

Only gian to get cos of the camera and because we are going to leave China for good. So might as well get a 'good' phone for a cheaper price before we leave.

17 Max camera don't look good, upper midrange to base flagship level imo

That tablet doesn't worth that much. Can get $100 from selling already considered good... By the way, it's only 4gb ram. The other 4gb is Vram.

Comparing to 15T Pro launch pricing, seems like $200++ price increase. This is lame as I don't think the camera is significantly better. Just can't justify the pricing... And the freebies is bad too. Unless there is a good launch discount, if not just not worth to get it.

The tablet dont worth much. I think outside can get it for 100+ wifi version. I have the 4g version which cost me like 200 only.

Wow they gave 5x telephoto to 17T but the price increased so much

Tried it at Suntec, the 5x video close to 17TPro/F8U but the photo looks very off

Ultrawide is suprisingly decent even though only 12mp 1/3.06", the lens looks bigger than even F8U when place side by side. Not sure if it's the large aperture since it's only 0.2

But really imo better just grab a F8 Ultra ($750~800 for 512GB in the #540~560 recent posts)
