It is still working on my box. However, there is a banner when open which I do not understand anyway, I click the left button to to in and click a few shows and they were showing if can reach the video page. There are some show which cannot go to the video page at all so cannot see. Anyway, I did not watch for long as I don't understand a thing.

I guess, it is got to do with the dns setting. By the way, it is on Beelink box.

gave up on those china apps cause i just wanna relac watch show

in the end just install genesis and watch english shows lor

What isp you are using? I tried to load video but it give a error "one or more file failed to load/play. See log for more info". Do i need vpn to see youku video

Hi, the Gen 4 has no USB port, only a HDMI port. So if you need to use LAN or install from a USB drive there is a problem.

I lost my Youtube app on my MiBox Mini yesterday.

I (stupidly) did a factory reset and lost my youtube. So I installed the Youtube and was prompted for Google Play Services. Installed a Google play services apk that I had (using the video player to execute the apk) and then the Youtube did not work

More research shows that there are many variants of Google Play Services. Maybe I installed a wrong variant?

Can anyone help? Really like my Youtube back.

Google play service requires root and annoying to install with many steps, no tech savvy will usually fail.

Download YouTube 1.0.5.6.apk and install that, it's vanilla version that don't need google play service.

Alternatively, install kodi and its youtube addon.

Just to share with all users of Xiaomi box, there are two methods you can use to install apps remotely without plugging anything into your box.

1. Use Xiaomi's built in feature. Go to Apps-> My Apps-> Install remote apps. It will show you the address to type in your PC browser. Just go there and upload the APK file you have downloaded.
2. If you have Shafa Market, you can go to Tools-> Remote Control and do the same thing as in 1.
