Yes and yes for both of your questions.
Just that no android auto and no google assistant. If you like xiao ai tong xue then continue to use cn rom.

china rom version is automatic update when new rom is release which is OTA. i use singpass, trace together, dbs app, ocbc app, alipay app, wechat pay. initially it comes with the china app but i have since installed all the normal google apps. if you want to flash to another rom, you will need to unlock the phone which i think the banking app does not work. i heard xiaomi.eu is actually the china rom with all english word. this need to ask the xiaomi.eu user in this forum to confirm

Yes you can install but somehow it doesn't work properly.
Like in google assistant when u speak "hey google" nothing pops out. U have to manually open google assistant to get it running.
Android auto cannot work even with proper cable connected.

sometimes the permission got some issues. if funny things happen for some of the games or banking app, then i will go into the permission page to give full permission just to see which permission causing this issue. there is a pop up permission too.
Display pop-up windows while running in the background
set the google assistant to autostart. also turn off the battery management that put the app to sleep in App Battery Saver

Yah.. Magic is now under Honor which is no longer under Huawei.
They are doing a Europe release soon.

Ya.. but Honor (Huawei) battery life always quite good.. worth a try!
If only it was in Kirin, it'll be even better!
