But since so many phone gave up headphone jack, I feel the trend already moving towards wireless then suddenly push out headphone jack again. Now a bit too late to do that rite?

If a company cut out a feature (headphone jack) then regret and bring back in a subsequent generation because they felt it was a bad move, I think consumers stand to gain. Imagine if Samsung when they released the S6 they stubbornly believe that people don't need microSD anymore (cos remember the S6 didn't have microSD) then S7 onwards also no more microSD.
Personally I don't think no jack = transition to wireless. On my daily commute I still see more lightning dongles than airpods, as if some people are still hellbent on sticking to wired earphones even if it means having that clunky dongle around.
The real trend is not about the era of wireless coming in, but more like everyone blindly follow apple's 'courage' action with the iphone 7. It's the same with adopting the notch, which was another thing that many people didn't like but "
because apple did it and so many companies follow suit, no choice but to live with it"
Biggest evidence that there is no 'wireless audio' trend at all: majority of audio gear made after the iPhone7 is still wired, and unlike phone industry, other industries like PC and game consoles kept the 3.5mm jack. Companies making wireless stuff... the wireless thing is like 0.001% of their portfolio... do u know if u go apple store now u can still buy
wired earpods?
