I have updated my Mi Max 32GB to this but the video playback lag is still there.

Hi, anyone knows if those xiaomi sold on hachitech website are local set? They only say warranty fulfilled by challenger, also never mention how long. I only remember mid last year Challenger was one of the official sellers, but not sure about it now.
