Managed to resolve a few issues:

1) Contacts not syncing via Google account. Like what others have mentioned, downloaded the 'Google contacts' (or shows up as My contacts app and managed to sync all my contacts in a couple of minutes.

2) Google maps not working. Rebooted my phone and it's okay now. Other apps downloaded via Google Play store work fine too.

For those thinking if 6.44" is too big, I share my experience as a Z Ultra (6.44" same as Xiaomi Max) and G Pro 2 (5.9") user.

The Xiaomi Max is actually smaller than the Z Ultra in terms of the phone size, and in fact it has a bigger screen, as the capacitive are not part of the screen like Z Ultra.

As you can see the Xiaomi Max is slightly narrower and shorter than the Z Ultra. It is abit thicker though, by 1mm.

It is slightly bigger than the G Pro 2 (an excellent phone I used for almost 2 years)

Cool, bro!

I have waiting for the size comparison between our beloved 2 years old LG G Pro 2 and Max...

It is indeed longer than LG G Pro 2... Hmmm.....too long indeed for me.

I already gotten the Redmi Note 3.

I just wanna make sure the Mi Max is not the big size brother of it besides the higher Adreno 530 CPU... Haha.

Thanks. :)

yes comes with built in fm radio. dont need headphones also can work

Wa don't need headphones for fm work. That's like the most logical thing to do since fm radio was a feature of phones 10+ years ago.

First half day impressions of the phone... Really like the UI and it's very easy to use. Battery life is very good and I think it should be able to last one whole day without charging based on normal websurfing, listening to music or watching youtube.

Wifi connection is stable and good, one gripe I had with my G Pro 2 was that the G Pro 2 didn't seem to pick up wifi signal as well.

Screen is very beautiful despite being just full HD. Frankly speaking, for a screen that is at a 5-6" size, full HD is good enough (about 327ppi). I'll take this and longer battery life over 1440p or 4k screen.

Camera is decent, although not at the same level at Z5, S7 or Iphone. But definitely good for normal use/instagram.

Sound is good too, quite loud and it's clear with decent bass.

Now just to wait for the tempered glass protector. I believe this phone can serve me well for the next year at least :D

Thanks, bro.

You can finally, and officially retire your LG G Pro 2... :)

So, can anyone with dual sim inserted practically confirmed that it is a 4G / 3G signal structure and not 4G / 2G...?
