I heavy user of Note3 for 3 years also don't see any burnt in. Maybe you're unlucky.

You can just flash it to global stable or global beta ROM easily
most important is getting the cheapest deal you can find.

Not necessary!

Smartcell might had opened it, helped you to pre-loaded the Global rom for your set, then sealed back again and then Ninja to you!

Don't worry, most likely they flashed for you liao then seal it. Mine was CN set, arrived sealed and flashed to global. The standard sealing anyone can do one.

Smartcell does it with good intention. That counts.

It actually helps a lot of users who are not too sure about how to flash to Global rom.

It benefits both parties.

The actual Indian version is made in India. It says so on the back of the box. Made in India.
