My pov is that this is supposed to be a cheap phone, most mid range phones these days come with 32gb which is more than enough considering mm6 allows you to use as card as main memory

Then the 2 extra cores in the sd 652 don't have much real world benefit too. The gpu is the same so there wouldn't be any difference in games

Don't think it's worth to pay the extra considering that xiaomi doesn't provide upgrades past mm6, there will be max 2 soon and Sony has announced Xperia XA, another 6 in her.. Believe next year there'll be more options for 6 inch phones

Xiaomi do upgrade their phones, but they focus more on mi series than redmi series. I am currently running marshmallow on mi note.

I see 3 or 4 qoo10 sellers bring down their prices to $349 but listing it as daily deal which meant item and cart coupons cant be used. Also NSE has shop coupon($10 of $300 spent) and if i am not wrong there are no limitations for shop coupon so you can use them regardless whether the listing is time sale, grp buy or daily deal. Give it another 1-2 weeks prices will probably get even cheaper.

Also, qoo10 has just introduced a $20 of $200 cart coupon which you can exchange for off their app. Good for those who want to hoot the phone now and cant wait till the next event for $30/$50 coupons.

I plan to get this phone. First time getting export set. Other than the warranry, any issues when coming to installing apps from Goggle Play? Read that export set doesn't come with Goggle play?

from china direct default not installed, unless you request and they help.
Local stores by default will install for you. In any way, just download and run the google installer from mistore, which will prompt you the Gservices to install...

Most likely the developer of the app didn't include it into the list of "compatible devices", which can happen especially when Xiaomi is not as widely popular in other regions. In this case the only way is to sideload the apk.
