Hi , any idea if it's bought locally when available, wil e price be much diff frm export set?

Redmi note 2 was released in China Aug 2015, Sg launched in Nov 2015.

Redmi note 3 china released in Jan 2016 and Sg launched in Apr 2016

Mi max china released in may 2016. So i guess is Aug/sept 2016????

So I assume mi max will be $365 as China price is around $315.

Not likely lukewarm bah, maybe it's because many know Xiaomi will not bring it in immediately so basically people will just think they ask for fun, even if it's for real that they're doing a survey.

Look at Mi 5, when it just launch Xiaomi hyped it like it's a very good phone, an affordable SD820 phone but look, no sight of it till now and those who wants it will already have either got it from unofficial sources or interest died and went to get other brands probably.

For local set, battery half-year, phone one-year only!

Am official a fan of this phone now.
Total hour on 15h 26m
SOT 9Hour 17m

*4G/wifi/75% brightness
*spam whatsapp / surfing net and fb / game 24/7 running behind and leave it auto running when am busy.
*Did not do any special setting just download and use
*End of the day still have 6%.

Loving the screen and is very snappy.
Going to safe keep my s7e meantime lol.
(*with the same usage on my s7e i can max squeeze out 7hour ish sot)

I observed most of the fb users usually go to service / retail fb pages to complain. Somemore their popular phones like RMN 1/ 2 / 3 are always oos. Myself also feel there is no point telling xiaomi sg what to do.


xiaomi SG should come here to surf hwz and realised a number of users here are buying export set now.

Buy local no 2 year warranty. Only some Hwawei high end local set phone got 2 year.huawei hi-care sg.Xiaomi local only 1 year. And markup extra approx $50 and wait longer for the phone to launch here

Just a quick comment that the camera is quite a failure, especially bad in low light. Way below acceptable standards. Otherwise it works well.

Export or local ask yourself whether did you even step into warranty shop with your current or past phone.
What method most is whether the phone worth it or not. So many place outside provide repair. To me this phone worth every single cents. Once you get google play store to work. Everything is flawless. Really nothing to bitch about for a 300 phone.
