Tried.. I just realised they havent releases for 64gb yet. That is only for 32gb. As I see build prop the 64gb is device name helium and the rom is for hydrogen.

Any downsides of using modified rom in sg? See a few post about waiting for global rom so I assume we can flash to global rom when it comes out? or should I just wait for the phone with global rom before buying?

I always do a check on rom version, update to the latest official version and perform a factory reset if I purchase phones from these 3rd party dealers.
However, I encountered 2 issues with this phone. Not sure if anyone else encounter them.
1) Google calendar and contacts are not syncing after I install google framework from the MI app store google installer. Resolved after I installed a compatible google framework for MIUI marshmallow version and give the google apps all necessary permissions .
2) At Settings -> 'Other Accounts'. After selecting any accounts like Facebook, Google, etc, Settings hanged and crashed.
