Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S

I use Mi cloud. First backup to Mi cloud with old phone. At new phone, login Mi cloud and restore. For my case, home screen, icon position all remain the same as old phone. However 2 or 3 applications need to re install even icon appeared.

I use the Microsoft Launcher for exactly this same purpose......updating new phone to replace old.

just asking around ah, got anybody try to ownself remove the back cover? i try myself like cannot leh, but i see online video like easy only. already use hairdryer warm up the back for 5 min, use suction cup but the glue sibei strong, cannot slip anything under to pry the cover.
also any recommendations for repair shop to help remove the cover?

Can check with Mister Mobile, did battery replacement with them, prices and quality both reasonable. Can WhatsApp them for a quote before you decide.

but they got do only removal of cover? I have my own spare parts already. and how much did u spend for your replacement?

Removal of cover I am not too sure. $40 for battery replacement for Asus Zenfone 3.

I got a quotation of $20 labour charge, but I went to my nearby market got one shop quote $10 only. but still a bit high for my budget, so this week will try again, if still cannot then will go my market there do.

Wired as current Miui version is 11.0.4.0 with Android 9.

Xiaomi is lack of User Acceptance Test method. Saw forum there is people report issue with other areas after upgrade. I have issue of someone call but no ring tone intermittently.

expensive sia, some more is basically the same phone as 2s but with slider and smaller battery.

sic this 3800/4000/4300mah 3rd party battery for mix 2 and 2s. if feel like original battery dying, can replace with this one. currently using and definitely way better battery life, not say very ex also, about $10. only caution is that if buying the 4300mah battery, then maybe need to remove wireless charging coil to ensure fit.
