But then Samsung AMOLED panel is still the best OLED panel in the market now, though LG OLED quality still good~

No such news, and unlikely they will launch a new product today as all attention will be directed at the 11/11 sales.

However, there's an analyst says that this device is not related to the Mi Note 2 at all, as there's no evidence of a flat Mi Note 2 in production according to this knowledge.
