Both are good depending on what screen size you prefered.

I'm currently holding a 5.7". So, I will not go for Mi Note 2.

My the other phone should be bigger in screen size thus the Mi MIX for me.

Mi Note 2 camera is awesome though.

Looks like those sold by iSky are not Global LTE version.

Even Sinoteck seems to have removed the option for Global LTE version.. not sure if it was as a matter of correction of a mistake or running out of stock.

Many ppl like to have waterproofing. Yup, agreed, it's useful/good to have, but it's still useless at the same time, since water damage is not covered by warranty. IMO, it's still not a fully functional feature. At the end of the day, one will still need to take care of the phone and avoid water contact.
