Hi JianHUi,

I just got my pro today, but realised it doesn't have the Google installer like those other Redmi? Any idea how to install google play?

Sure you can install. However, China version and Global rom also has customization different. Is not just Goohle play.

Haha...after settled with Google play now exploring the phone. You mentioned to tuRN off the online security thingy but I couldnt find....also the typing vibration couldn't turn off...other than that...perfect for me!

lazada started selling Mi Note Pro, can save a lot of hassle by forwarding from china

Just got the phone. Battery life is average. On moderate usage, you probably get 1 day of use. Sot ard 3 hrs. I don't play games though, usage pattern is WhatsApp, browsing and checking emails

Oh no. Thats bad. Even the old Redmi Note could last be easily with 20% remaining at end of day. No games. Only Whatsapp, browsing, emails.

Thanks colabeer, I agree with others' comments. Not very encouraging if battery lasts that short. What is "Sot ard 3 hrs" by the way?
