I'm waiting for this flagship from Xiao MI. I don't take the spyware or what too serious, or at least it is not in my lists when I choosing phone, otherwise I should stop using facebook, twitter etc long time ago.

nobody knows for sure .. cos if completed moved server to SG ... confirm will have lots of "marketing" ..

Once Mi Note launch in china, you can just buy from there n ship to your forwarder n then pay for service fee if u need warranty claim here.
